Revolut

Operations Manager – Remote

Job Description

Revolut is looking for a sharp, data-driven Operations Manager to help shape how the company continues to expand and operate across the globe. As the world's leading financial super app with over 52.5 million customers worldwide, revenues of £3.1 billion, and a valuation of USD 45 billion, Revolut's Operations team tackles the company's toughest challenges with speed, precision, and creativity, designing systems that unlock efficiency and power global growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who breaks complex problems into smaller ones, thrives on data, and is energised by the opportunity to work on initiatives that directly shape outcomes for millions of customers.

In this role, you will build and optimise scalable processes to support Revolut's continued hyper-growth, lead and execute core infrastructure projects, and explore and define which projects the team should prioritise while setting timelines to reach goals quickly. You will search for new features that improve the customer experience, manage critical vendor relationships and build performance tracking systems, and develop strategic supply chain partnerships while negotiating commercial terms that support long-term operational sustainability.

The ideal candidate holds at least a 2:1 degree from a top university and brings three or more years of work experience in a fast-paced environment. Experience coding with SQL, Python, or R is required, along with a solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end. You have a natural ability to break complex problems into smaller, actionable components, enjoy working with data, bring genuine curiosity and a will to make an impact, and have a strong interest in the financial industry.

Revolut offers a fully remote work environment within a global, multicultural team building one of the world's most ambitious financial platforms, with genuine career development opportunities in a high-performance, innovation-driven organisation.
