Position Overview:

Quest Search & Selection is seeking an experienced Operations Manager (L&D) to develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored for the retail sector. The role involves overseeing onboarding, workshops, and ongoing staff development, while managing training budgets and assessing the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Development: Develop and implement training programs specifically tailored to the retail sector.

Onboarding and Staff Development: Oversee onboarding processes, conduct workshops, and manage ongoing staff development activities.

Training Effectiveness: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs to ensure a positive return on investment (ROI).

Budget Management: Manage training budgets and make adjustments to programs as necessary.

Training Sessions: Conduct key training sessions and support HR initiatives to enhance staff performance and development.

Requirements:

Education: Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.

Experience: 6-8 years of experience in training within the aviation, hospitality, or service sectors.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of luxury service markets and modern training methods.

Skills: Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools. Excellent communication and team management skills.
