Job Overview:

Swiss Auto is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our dealership's operational excellence. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing both pre-purchase and aftersales operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer service across all aspects of our automotive business.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance overall dealership performance and customer experience

Oversee pre-purchase operations, including inventory management, sales floor coordination, and customer acquisition processes

Manage aftersales operations, including service department coordination, parts management, and customer support

Optimize workflow processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce unnecessary costs

Implement and maintain high-quality customer service standards across all dealership departments

Supervise and mentor operational staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development

Conduct regular performance reviews and develop training programs to enhance team capabilities

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Analyze operational data and generate comprehensive reports for senior management

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, suppliers, and service partners

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in automotive dealership operations management

Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Strong understanding of automotive sales and service processes

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Advanced problem-solving and strategic planning abilities

Proficiency in operational management software and digital tools

Strong analytical and reporting capabilities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or related field

UAE residency (mandatory)

Valid professional driver's license

Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
