Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Customer/Carrier/Supplier follow-up

Schedule appointments

Provide shipment information

Tracking and tracing

Data Entry

Invoicing & ensure delivery of documents/BL to the customers on time

Promote the company name and values

Developing new ideas/strategies

Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customers' requirements

Assist the management and the team with any assigned special projects and provide backup to the team when required

Follow up and handle transactions related to export/import customs formalities

Manage shipments end-to-end from booking at origins to delivery for ocean, air, and domestic shipments

Communicate all expectations to carriers, paying extra attention to special requirements and assuring the carrier can meet all requirements

Receive and process various documents for accuracy, which requires operational knowledge of customers, carriers, and procedures

Address various internal and external customer questions and concerns regarding shipments, billing, status, services, carriers, and other needs; forward complex or escalated customer needs as appropriate

Interface with airlines, ocean shipping, truck, and related carriers to understand requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

Experience in shipping

Experience in Jeddah
