Al Ameeri is looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee our food service operations in Kuwait. This is a senior level opportunity for a results driven hospitality professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and has a proven track record of delivering operational excellence in the food service industry.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations across all outlets, ensuring that the highest standards of food quality, customer service, and operational efficiency are consistently maintained. You will lead and mentor a diverse team, drive performance, implement operational strategies, and work closely with senior management to achieve business goals and growth targets.

The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the food service or restaurant industry. You should have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of food service operations, and the ability to manage multiple locations or outlets simultaneously. Experience in cost control, staff management, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction will be key to succeeding in this role.
