Role Overview – AITS Gulf is hiring an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. This position is ideal for operations professionals in the safety and engineering industry who can lead operational activities, manage teams, ensure service delivery excellence, and drive business growth in a dynamic environment.

Operations Leadership and Management – You will lead and manage all operational activities including service delivery, project execution, resource allocation, workflow coordination, quality control, and ensuring efficient operations across the organization. Your leadership ensures smooth business operations, customer satisfaction, and achievement of operational targets.

Team Management and Development – You will manage operational teams including engineers, technicians, and support staff. You will provide leadership and guidance, conduct performance evaluations, facilitate training and development, build team capabilities, delegate responsibilities effectively, and foster a productive work environment that supports operational excellence.

Project Coordination and Execution – You will oversee project planning and execution, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, manage project timelines and deliverables, allocate resources efficiently, monitor project progress, resolve operational challenges, ensure quality standards are met, and deliver projects successfully within scope and budget.

Client Relationship Management – You will maintain strong client relationships, understand client requirements, ensure service quality meets expectations, address client concerns promptly, coordinate with sales teams, support business development activities, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction that support repeat business and referrals.

Quality and Compliance Management – You will implement quality management systems, ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations, conduct operational audits, monitor service quality, implement improvement initiatives, maintain certifications and accreditations, and ensure all operations meet required quality and regulatory standards.

Financial and Budget Management – You will manage operational budgets, control costs, optimize resource utilization, monitor financial performance, prepare financial reports, identify cost-saving opportunities, ensure profitability of operations, and support financial planning and decision-making.

Strategic Planning and Improvement – You will develop operational strategies, identify growth opportunities, implement process improvements, optimize workflows, introduce operational efficiencies, support business expansion plans, and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance organizational competitiveness.

Requirements – Extensive experience in operations management within safety or engineering industries. Proven leadership abilities with track record of managing operations successfully. Strong project management, team leadership, client relationship, and problem-solving skills essential. Knowledge of safety and engineering industry standards. Excellent communication and organizational abilities required.
