Role Overview – Ezee Healthcare is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of a hospital or clinic in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Daily Operations Management – You will manage day-to-day hospital or clinic operations to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal patient care. Your responsibilities include overseeing patient flow, coordinating between departments, managing facility operations, ensuring adequate resources and supplies, addressing operational challenges promptly, and maintaining efficient workflows across all clinical and administrative functions.

Staff Supervision and Leadership – You will supervise staff and coordinate with medical and administrative teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration. Your leadership involves managing administrative personnel, coordinating with clinical staff and physicians, conducting performance evaluations, providing guidance and support, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment that supports quality patient care.

Regulatory Compliance – You will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies including DHA/MOH standards, licensing requirements, accreditation standards, and internal policies. Your compliance responsibilities include maintaining documentation, implementing required protocols, conducting audits, addressing deficiencies, and ensuring the facility meets all regulatory and quality standards.

Process Optimization – You will optimize operational processes for efficiency and quality patient care. This involves analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, implementing improvements, streamlining administrative procedures, reducing wait times, enhancing patient experience, and ensuring resources are utilized effectively to maximize both operational efficiency and clinical outcomes.

Financial Oversight – You will manage operational budgets, control costs, monitor expenses, and ensure financial efficiency while maintaining service quality. Your financial responsibilities include budget planning, expense tracking, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring operations remain financially sustainable.

Process Management – Strong process management and optimization skills are crucial. You should be analytical, able to identify inefficiencies, design improved workflows, implement changes effectively, and measure results to ensure continuous operational improvement.

Communication Skills – Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for coordinating with medical staff, managing administrative teams, engaging with patients, reporting to senior management, and liaising with regulatory authorities.
