Job Description:

The Operations Manager for Radiometer will lead and develop our customer services and supply chain teams, ensuring effective and efficient operations in fulfillment and transportation. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves managing the team under Beckman Coulter Saudi Arabia Customer Service and Logistics shared service in alignment with our commercial team.

Responsibilities:

Develop strong relationships at all levels within Customer Services and Supply Chain.

Monitor and improve fulfillment planning, forecasting needs, and distribution plans.

Align with commercial sales and service teams to meet objectives.

Set and manage performance goals to exceed customer expectations through timely execution, accuracy, and quality.

Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean tools and partner with technology and commercial teams for feedback and enhancements.

Manage inventory turns and drive cost improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management.

Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain, including Freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, customs compliance, customer service, and 3PL management.

Comprehensive knowledge of logistics concepts and other key business units like Planning, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory.

At least 5 years of management experience, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, or distribution environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in process improvement (e.g., Lean).

Background in the Medical Device business.

Competency in Oracle or similar ERP systems.
