Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our operational activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate all operational activities of the organization

Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures

Manage project execution and ensure timely delivery within budget

Oversee quality control programs and safety compliance

Lead and develop the operations team

Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements

Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors

Optimize resource allocation and workflow processes

Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards

Prepare and manage operational budgets

Handle crisis management and problem resolution

Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering Mechanical/Electrical or related field

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in operations management

Proven experience in electromechanical industry

Strong understanding of MEP systems and processes

Project management certification (PMP or similar) preferred

Knowledge of UAE construction and safety regulations

Understanding of MEP systems and installations

Knowledge of CAD/CAM software

Familiarity with BMS systems

Understanding of construction methodologies

Knowledge of quality management systems

Proficiency in project management software

Working Conditions

Full-time position based in Dubai

Site visits and field work required

Flexible hours as needed for project demands

Some weekend work may be required
