Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our beauty business operations in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management within the beauty or retail industry, with proven ability to drive efficiency, maintain quality standards, and lead teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of beauty-related facilities, including retail locations, salons, or distribution centers

Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction

Manage inventory control systems and supply chain operations for beauty products

Lead and develop teams through recruitment, training, and performance management

Ensure compliance with local regulations and quality standards in the beauty industry

Optimize operational costs while maintaining service excellence

Establish and monitor KPIs for operational performance

Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders

Implement and maintain standard operating procedures

Handle crisis management and problem-solving when issues arise

Oversee facility maintenance and safety protocols

Manage budgets and financial reporting for operational activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

5+ years of operations management experience, preferably in the beauty or retail industry

Proven track record of successfully managing multiple locations or facilities

Strong understanding of beauty industry standards and practices

Experience with inventory management and supply chain operations

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Proficiency in operations management software and MS Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or relevant master's degree

Experience in the Middle East beauty market

Knowledge of Arabic language

Certification in supply chain management or operations

Experience with beauty industry regulations and compliance

Background in luxury retail or high-end beauty brands
