We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager/General Manager to lead our Landscape Division, focusing on maintenance projects and operational excellence.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

18-25 years of experience in landscape operations

Mandatory experience in landscape maintenance projects

Proven track record with Ashghal projects

Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English)

Leadership experience in similar role

Key Responsibilities:

Overall management of landscape maintenance operations

Strategic planning and execution of maintenance projects

Team leadership and workforce management

Client relationship management, particularly with Ashghal

Quality control and service delivery

Budget management and cost optimization

Implementation of best practices in landscape maintenance

Stakeholder management and reporting
