Job Description:

Oversee and coordinate all day-to-day operations of the hospitality business

Develop and implement effective operational strategies and policies

Manage and lead a team of departmental supervisors and frontline staff

Monitor and optimize operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness

Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance overall performance

Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Act as a strategic business partner to the senior management team

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar operations management role, preferably in the hospitality industry

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in using relevant hospitality management software and tools
