Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our client's prestigious events company in Dubai. This role requires a strong background in exhibition operations and the ability to lead complex event projects from conception to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end exhibition operations and event management
• Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures
• Lead and manage project teams across multiple exhibitions
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and service providers
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Manage budgets and resource allocation
• Supervise venue operations and logistics
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables
• Handle crisis management and problem-solving during events

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in exhibition operations
• Proven track record in project management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in budget management and cost control
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic preferred)
• Proficiency in project management software
• Knowledge of UAE/GCC event industry regulations
