We’re looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to join our team and help us maintain our high standards and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the café to ensure smooth functioning

Manage and train staff to maintain excellent service standards

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Implement strategies to improve customer service and boost sales

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a managerial role within the F&B industry

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
