Duties & Responsibilities

As the Operations In-charge at TAJVAND GROUP, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving the operational activities within the transportation sector. Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

Policy Development: Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Daily Operations Management: Managing day-to-day operational activities, including fleet reporting and handling vehicle breakdowns.

Fleet Management: Overseeing a fleet of more than 300 vehicles, ensuring all vehicles are operational and well-maintained.

Problem Analysis: Identifying and analyzing the causes of vehicle breakdowns and ensuring they are addressed urgently.

Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring all equipment and vehicles operate smoothly and efficiently.

Decision Making: Making strategic decisions to drive future progress and operational improvements.

Reporting: Reporting to the CEO about company processes, procedures, and operational performance.

Relationship Management: Maintaining positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in transport operations.

Personality: Strong personality with the ability to make decisive decisions.

License: Valid UAE driving license is required.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
