Technical Expertise: The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo. A solid understanding of fare calculations, ticket revalidations, and airline rules is essential. Knowledge of international travel regulations and documentation requirements will give candidates a strong advantage.

Customer Engagement: As the first point of contact for many clients, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This involves effective communication, patience in handling complex travel requests, and ensuring that clients receive timely updates about their bookings and travel plans.
