Position Overview: Transcap Shipping Line LLC is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team in Dubai. Daily Port Operations: You will coordinate and oversee daily port-related tasks, ensuring efficient vessel, cargo, and crew handling. This involves real-time monitoring of arrivals and departures, documentation accuracy, and quick decision-making to keep operations running smoothly.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with port regulations, customs requirements, and all relevant safety standards. You’ll be responsible for maintaining proper records and adhering to legal standards to avoid operational interruptions or fines.

Schedule & Coordination: Your role includes managing vessel schedules, berth assignments, and coordination with terminal operators. It’s essential to maintain accurate timelines and avoid any overlap or resource conflict during port usage.

Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with vessel owners, port authorities, customs officers, and logistics partners to maintain constant communication and updates on all operational matters. Strong communication and negotiation skills are key to success in this role.

Documentation Management: Oversee the preparation and submission of cargo manifests, bills of lading, and other essential documentation. Accuracy and timeliness are critical to support customs clearance and cargo handovers.

Issue Resolution: You will be the first point of contact for any operational disruptions, delays, or emergencies. Your ability to think quickly and coordinate responses across departments will ensure the smooth continuation of services.
