About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Executive to join our team. This position offers a unique blend of sales and operations responsibilities, with comprehensive on-the-job training provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operational activities and support sales initiatives

Handle customer inquiries and maintain client relationships

Process and maintain operational documentation and records

Support team members in achieving sales targets

Assist in implementing operational procedures and protocols

Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow

Prepare and maintain reports using MS Office tools

Contribute to process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Quick learner with a proactive attitude
