Job Description: Operations Executive(Shipping and Freight Forwarding):

Coordinate and manage daily shipping and freight forwarding operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of goods across domestic and international routes.

Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport companies to arrange cargo movement, documentation, and customs clearance.

Monitor shipment schedules, track shipments in real-time, and troubleshoot any issues related to delays, damages, or compliance with import/export regulations.

Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

Analyze shipping costs, negotiate rates with carriers, and optimize logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
