Position: Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring prompt communication and resolution of issues.

Quotation Management: Prepare and manage quotations for land freight shipments, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.

Process Compliance: Ensure all operational procedures follow company standards and best practices.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements.

Record Maintenance: Maintain organized and accurate records of shipments, quotations, and customer interactions.

Collaboration and Coordination: Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth shipment execution and resolve operational challenges.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track operational performance and generate reports on efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Experience: 3-4 years of experience managing land freight shipments from start to finish.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher.

Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in the shipping and logistics industry in Dubai.

Familiarity with local and international shipping regulations.

Salary:

AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
