Role Overview – Power Spray Electro Mechanical LLC is hiring an Operations Director for a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for accomplished operations executives with strong operational excellence expertise, electro-mechanical engineering and manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to lead operations strategically, manage teams comprehensively, drive operational efficiency, ensure quality and safety standards, support business growth, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic electro-mechanical contracting and services organization.

Operations Strategy and Planning – You will develop operations strategy by analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities, planning initiatives, and driving execution. You will establish comprehensive operational approaches supporting business objectives. You should develop strategic operations plans.

Operations Leadership and Direction – You will lead operations by providing vision, directing teams, overseeing functions, and driving excellence. You will lead all operations and guide organizational direction. You should provide comprehensive operations leadership.

Operational Excellence Management – You will manage operational excellence by implementing procedures, supporting standards, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement. You will pursue operational excellence consistently. You should champion operational excellence.

Operations Team Management – You will manage operations teams by leading personnel, developing capabilities, supporting performance, and fostering accountability. You will build high-performing operations teams. You should provide team leadership and direction.

Department and Functional Leadership – You will lead departments by providing direction, managing operations, supporting objectives, and driving results. You will oversee departmental functions and success. You should lead functional operations.

Cross-Functional Coordination – You will coordinate across functions by aligning objectives, supporting collaboration, facilitating communication, and ensuring integration. You will integrate operations across organization. You should coordinate cross-functional activities.
