Knowledge Planet powered by PhysicsWallah is seeking an Operations Data Analyst to support the operations team by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness. The successful candidate will possess a blend of operations knowledge and data analysis skills, aiming to optimize processes and drive business performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:

Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track operational performance.

Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Operations Support:

Assist in developing and implementing operational processes and procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational goals are met.

Process Improvement:

Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimize operations.

Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Support the implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance operational capabilities.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, highlighting operational insights and recommendations.

Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key operational processes.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular data audits.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with the Operations Manager and other stakeholders to align operational strategies with business objectives.

Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools and techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Data Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within an operations environment.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Knowledge of operational processes and best practices is a plus.
