Position Overview:

Al Ghurair Asset Management LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator specializing in Facilities Management (FM) Soft Services. The ideal candidate will have a background in reputed FM companies within the UAE and be ready to join immediately. This role requires strong organizational skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage day-to-day operational tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:

Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operational activities of the FM Soft Services department.

Ensure all services are delivered to the highest standards, meeting client expectations and contractual requirements.

Monitor and track the performance of FM services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

2. Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on service delivery and address any specific needs or requirements.

3. Team Coordination:

Collaborate with the FM Soft Services team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and manage workloads to ensure efficient operations.

Provide support and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of all operational activities, including service requests, work orders, and client communications.

Prepare regular reports on service performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies and industry standards.

5. Vendor Management:

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.

Manage vendor contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.

Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or discrepancies as they arise.

6. Health and Safety Compliance:

Ensure all FM operations adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Promote a culture of safety within the team, providing training and resources as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in an operations role within reputed FM companies in the UAE.

Strong understanding of FM Soft Services and industry best practices.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Proficiency in MS Office and FM software applications.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Candidates must be available locally for face-to-face interviews.
