Duties & Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in reputed Facilities Management (FM) companies in the UAE.

Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.

Location: Candidates must be available locally for a face-to-face interview.

Primary Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of soft services within the facility.

Ensure high standards of service delivery and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Liaise with service providers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Monitor and report on the performance of soft services, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and best practices.

Maintain accurate records of service activities, including schedules, reports, and maintenance logs.

Provide support to the management team in planning and executing operational strategies.
