Job Description

Job Overview: As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative and operational functions within the organization. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities while maintaining smooth communication across different departments.

Key Responsibilities: The position involves assisting in managing operational tasks such as documentation, scheduling, reporting, and internal coordination. You will be expected to track ongoing projects, support cross-functional teams, and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.

Accounts Background Advantage: Since this role requires candidates with an accounts background, you will be handling basic financial coordination including record management, invoicing support, and assisting the finance team with reconciliations. This experience will allow you to gain a holistic view of both operations and accounts-related workflows.
