Job Description:

Sundus Consultancy is seeking a qualified and experienced Operation Supervisor to join our offshore team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, with a focus on operations and supervision. This role is part of our Emiratization initiative and is open exclusively to Emirati nationals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Rotational Cycle:

Work on a 29/27 rotational cycle, ensuring consistent and reliable operation of offshore facilities.

Operational Management:

Oversee and manage offshore operations, including AMIN, big compressors, big pumps, and engine start-up and shutdown procedures.

Ensure all operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and industry standards.

Supervision and Leadership:

Provide guidance and supervision to the operational team, ensuring that all personnel are adequately trained and compliant with safety protocols.

Lead the team in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.

Communication and Coordination:

Maintain clear and effective communication with onshore and offshore teams.

Report operational performance, issues, and solutions to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Process, Petroleum Engineering, or equivalent.

Technical Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.

Expertise in handling AMIN, big compressors, big pumps, and engine start-up and shutdown processes.

Strong technical and operational skills.

Additional Requirements:

Strong communication skills with fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Must have completed military service.
