Job Summary:

Infinium Associates is seeking an experienced Operation Manager to lead the Saudi Vending Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing strategies to achieve sales and distribution goals, ensuring operational excellence, and driving business growth.

Location: Saudi Arabia

Experience: Minimum 4 years in Saudi (local knowledge is compulsory)

Nationality: Any

Salary: 30,000 SAR P/M

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Lead the Saudi Vending Department in strategy formulation and execution of all sales & distribution functions to achieve company long & short-term business goals, objectives, and targets.

Sales & Distribution: Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales and distribution channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Operational Excellence: Manage and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and profitability within the department.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in operations management within Saudi Arabia, with local market knowledge.

Track Record: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
