Duties & Responsibilities:

The Operation Executive will be a crucial part of our operations team, ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of all customer applications and consignments. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Customer Application Processing:

Oversee and manage the end-to-end process of customer application handling.

Ensure all applications are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Consignment Handling:

Coordinate the logistics of consignment handling from receipt to delivery.

Ensure that all consignments are processed according to company standards and regulations.

Monitor and track consignments to ensure timely delivery.

Maintaining Work-Related Records:

Keep accurate and detailed records of all operational activities.

Ensure data entry is precise and up-to-date to facilitate smooth operations.

Generate and analyze reports to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Previous Employment Experience:

Candidates must have previous experience working in courier services within the U.A.E. This experience should have provided a solid understanding of local courier operations and logistics.

Experience in the Same Role:

Applicants should have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating their ability to handle the responsibilities outlined above effectively.

Data Entry Skills:

Proficiency in data entry is essential, as the role requires maintaining accurate records and handling various operational data.

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Arabic and English. Interpersonal skills are crucial for interacting with customers and team members effectively.

Immediate Availability:

The candidate must be able to join the company immediately, ensuring there are no delays in taking up the role and contributing to the team.
