Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Department (OPD) Registered Nurse to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of providing world-class healthcare services in a patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the outpatient setting

Perform triage and prioritize patients based on medical urgency

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Prepare patients for examinations and assist physicians during procedures

Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment plans

Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records

Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care

Follow infection control guidelines and maintain a safe environment

Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) License or eligibility for licensure

Minimum of 2 years of OPD/outpatient nursing experience

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Strong assessment and clinical skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Computer literacy and experience with electronic medical records
