About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Contact Center Agents to join our client's team in Dubai. This role involves managing both customer and merchant interactions in a 24/7 operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and merchants
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Process and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively
Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions
Meet service level agreements and quality standards
Support merchant-related queries and issues
Ensure timely follow-up on pending cases
Collaborate with other departments for issue resolution
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in a call center environment (mandatory)
Experience in both customer and merchant support
Strong command of English (additional languages are a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in shifts (24/7 operation)
Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Customer service orientation
