About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Contact Center Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling both customer and merchant interactions, ensuring exceptional service delivery in a 24/7 operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally while maintaining high customer service standards and adhering to company protocols
Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently while ensuring first-call resolution whenever possible
Process merchant-related queries and provide necessary support to maintain strong business relationships
Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system
Meet and exceed performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction scores
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery across all shifts
Identify and escalate critical issues to appropriate departments when necessary
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role
Strong experience in both customer and merchant service delivery
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications
Ability to work in shifts as part of a 24/7 operation
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Patient and professional demeanor with excellent listening skills
