Job Description
Overview: We are seeking a talented and organized Office Manager with a strong background in interior design companies. This is a key role that ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of a creative, design-focused environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work across departments to support internal processes and external project timelines.
Daily Operations: You will be managing the daily office logistics, including coordination with vendors, ordering supplies, handling facility needs, and ensuring smooth internal communications. Your efforts will contribute to maintaining a structured, well-organized workspace that empowers designers and project managers to focus on client deliverables.
Team Coordination: The Office Manager will also coordinate schedules, meetings, and task tracking for internal teams. You will work closely with senior management and design staff, facilitating seamless collaboration between departments. Strong interpersonal skills and an understanding of design workflows will help you thrive in this dynamic role.
Administrative Support: This role involves handling a wide variety of administrative responsibilities such as document management, expense tracking, budgeting, and compliance tasks. Familiarity with office software, project management platforms, and experience supporting design teams will be crucial.
Client Interaction: Occasionally, the Office Manager may serve as the first point of contact for visiting clients, partners, or vendors. Professional communication and a polished demeanor are essential, especially in an environment where design and presentation matter.
Design Company Environment: Prior experience in a design agency or architecture/interior design firm is highly preferred. Understanding how creative teams operate—especially when juggling multiple projects—is key to excelling in this role.
