Position: Office Manager

Employment: Full Time
Responsibilities:
Provide office and facilities management support for a private investment group.
Act as a front-of-house ambassador, ensuring excellent personal presentation and professionalism.
Support the Head of Region and provide administrative assistance as needed.
Manage meeting rooms, ensuring they are prepared with refreshments and equipment.
Handle confidential document collation, couriers, stationery, and pantry supplies.
Ensure high standards of housekeeping across the office.
Assist the wider team with administrative tasks such as meeting agendas and travel arrangements.
Utilize strong MS Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint, for administrative support.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience within the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) environment.
Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Positive outlook, high energy, and strong team spirit.
Ability to manage time efficiently and maintain a professional demeanor.
Corporate appearance and immaculate presentation to represent the company well.
