Job Description

We are currently seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Office Clerk to maintain our company's camps and residential properties. As an Office Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks within our organization.

Responsibilities:

Copy, scan, and store documents to maintain accurate records of company activities.

Check documents for accuracy and edit files, such as contracts, as necessary.

Review and update technical documents, including manuals and workflows, to ensure compliance with company standards.

Distribute project-related copies to internal teams to facilitate collaboration and workflow efficiency.

File documents in both physical and digital records systems for easy access and retrieval.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.

Proficiency in office software programs, including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and scanners, is desirable.
