Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Assistant Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, administrative coordination, and procurement, with excellent knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily office operations and administrative functions
- Coordinate and execute procurement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
- Provide high-level administrative support to executive team members
- Organize and maintain office systems, including file management and database upkeep
- Assist in budget preparation and financial record-keeping
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events as needed
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other external partners
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Supervise and train administrative staff as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputed University (essential)
- Master's degree (advantageous)
- Diploma in secretarial practice (preferred)
- Minimum 8-10 years of proven experience as an administrative/office assistant or in office management roles
- At least 2-3 years of solid procurement experience
- Hands-on experience in managing multiple priorities, stakeholder management, office operations, and administrative coordination
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in a government entity
