Job Opportunity: We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our factory team located in Sharjah, UAE. This role offers a great opportunity for candidates who are looking to gain experience in a structured industrial environment while contributing to efficient office and ERP operations.
Administrative Responsibilities: The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing daily administrative support and maintaining internal office systems. This includes managing records, organizing documents, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring smooth workflow across office functions. A key part of the role is supporting operations through accurate documentation and communication.
ERP System Support: This role also requires active involvement with ERP systems, preferably SAP. The Office Assistant will help with updating system records, resolving system-related queries, and ensuring that all data is correctly entered into the ERP platform. Previous experience in ERP usage is highly preferred, but training may be provided for candidates with strong technical aptitude.
Data Entry and Reporting: In addition to ERP responsibilities, the candidate will handle routine data entry and generate reports as required by management. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word, is necessary to manage reporting duties effectively. The accuracy and timeliness of reports will play a vital role in production and operational planning.
Documentation and Filing: The ideal candidate will assist in handling office documentation, including organizing files, preparing internal memos, and supporting scheduling activities. This includes maintaining hard and soft copies of critical documents and ensuring compliance with the company’s data retention policies.
Communication Skills: Communication is a vital part of this role. The candidate must be fluent in both English and Hindi, as interaction with staff and departments of diverse linguistic backgrounds is part of daily operations. Strong communication skills are essential to relay accurate information and coordinate between departments effectively.
Experience and Qualifications: This position is open to individuals with one to two years of relevant experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial office environment. However, fresh graduates with the right qualifications and skills are also encouraged to apply, especially those who are eager to grow in administrative and ERP-based roles.
