Office Support and Coordination: The Office Assistant / Data Entry will play an important role in maintaining the efficiency of daily office operations. This includes managing communication, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. The role requires a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic business environment.
Data Entry and Record Management: The candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, updating company databases, and managing spreadsheets using Excel and Google Sheets. Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring data integrity are key parts of this role, as the accuracy of information directly supports business decisions.
Administrative Assistance: You will assist with general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, preparing reports, and supporting internal correspondence. Your ability to stay organized and handle tasks efficiently will contribute to the productivity of the team.
Research and Online Tasks: The position involves conducting online research through platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and Indeed to collect data, verify information, and support recruitment or business development activities. A curious mindset and the ability to analyze and summarize information will be highly valued.
