About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Office Assistant to join our administrative team in the UAE. This role is integral to maintaining smooth office operations and supporting our administrative functions. The ideal candidate will bring proven UAE work experience and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate office administrative activities to ensure efficient operation

Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Handle internal and external communication with staff, clients, and visitors

Maintain filing systems and manage documentation with high attention to detail

Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

Support in organizing company events and meetings

Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion

Provide general administrative support to management and staff

Required Qualifications

Previous experience as an Office Assistant, specifically within the UAE

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English

Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Experience in calendar management and scheduling

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Experience with office equipment and technologies

Familiarity with UAE business culture and practices

Additional language skills (Arabic preferred)

Experience in customer service or client relations
