Office Assistant

Job Description

About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily office operations and maintaining a clean, professional work environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain general office cleanliness and organization

Handle basic administrative tasks and paperwork

Answer and direct phone calls professionally

Greet and assist visitors

Manage office supplies inventory and ordering

File and organize documents both physically and digitally

Support team members with various administrative tasks

Coordinate office maintenance when required

Assist with mail distribution and courier services

Help maintain office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.)

Required Qualifications

Experience

Prior office administration experience preferred

Experience in maintaining office cleanliness and organization

Background in customer service is a plus

Skills & Competencies

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent attention to detail

Professional communication abilities

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office)

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Good interpersonal skills

Reliable and punctual

Self-motivated with a proactive approach

Essential Requirements

Proficiency in English (written and verbal)

Basic computer literacy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical ability to perform cleaning and organizing tasks
