About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to support our dynamic trading environment in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a professional with strong organizational skills and a customer service-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

Manage comprehensive office communications, including:

Handling incoming and outgoing emails

Receiving and directing phone calls

Coordinating mail and package deliveries

Maintain office infrastructure by:

Monitoring and restocking office supplies

Coordinating equipment maintenance and repairs

Ensuring smooth daily office operations

Perform critical administrative tasks, including:

Accurate data entry

Systematic filing and document organization

Maintaining precise electronic and physical record-keeping systems

Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

Assist in preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations

Manage office scheduling and coordinate internal meetings

Represent the company professionally in all interactions

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an office assistant or similar administrative role

Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong organizational and time management capabilities

Exceptional attention to detail

Proactive problem-solving mindset

Customer service-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications

Additional language skills

Experience in a trading environment
