Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Office Admin/Manager to oversee daily operations and administrative functions for our client's e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all administrative operations including correspondence, filing systems, office supplies, and equipment maintenance while ensuring smooth daily office functioning

Coordinate with various departments to facilitate efficient workflow and communication while maintaining professional relationships with vendors, clients, and team members

Handle office budget management, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks while maintaining accurate financial records and documentation

Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives while managing calendar coordination and logistics

Oversee office maintenance, safety protocols, and compliance with local regulations while maintaining a professional and productive work environment

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience as an operations administrator, preferably in an e-commerce environment

Proven track record in office management and administrative functions

Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and business processes

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant office management software

Essential Skills

Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities in English

Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Proficiency in document management and filing systems

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Technical Competencies

Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience with office management software and tools

Knowledge of basic accounting and budgeting principles

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and operations

Proficiency in digital filing and documentation systems

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Requirements

Knowledge of UAE office administration practices
