Job Description


Role Overview – The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of the office. This role focuses on maintaining organization, supporting management and HR activities, and providing a welcoming and professional environment for employees and visitors.

Front Desk and Guest Management – You will greet guests, coordinate meetings, and prepare beverages. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills to manage the reception area efficiently and maintain a professional atmosphere for both clients and staff.

Office Organization and Procurement – The Office Administrator manages office supplies and purchases, ensuring that all necessary items are available and the workplace remains organized. You will also oversee the overall cleanliness and operational efficiency of the office.

Communication and Documentation – Handling calls, emails, and preparing documents is a key responsibility. The role requires timely responses to inquiries and accurate documentation to support business operations and communication across teams.

HR Assistance and Onboarding – You will assist the HR team in onboarding new employees, including preparing necessary paperwork, scheduling orientations, and supporting new hires during their initial days in the organization.

Scheduling and Travel Coordination – Managing calendars, group chats, and business trip arrangements for management is essential. You will ensure smooth scheduling, timely reminders, and effective coordination for internal and external meetings.
