Job Description

Role Overview: The Eye Influence is actively hiring an Office Administrator to support our day-to-day operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone highly organized, professional, and capable of managing a variety of office administrative tasks.

Admin Focus: As an Office Administrator, you will oversee office documentation, internal communication, and support tasks related to HR and PRO activities, making this a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our workplace.

Experience Requirement: The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in the UAE working in administrative roles, preferably with a background in HR and PRO responsibilities. Your experience should reflect multitasking, time management, and coordination excellence.

Communication & Detail Orientation: Strong communication skills and the ability to manage sensitive information discreetly are essential. We need someone who is detail-oriented, consistent, and takes initiative to solve problems independently.

Supportive Environment: You will work closely with management and other team members to ensure the office runs smoothly and that all administrative needs are met professionally and efficiently.

Adaptability: We value individuals who can stay focused, manage shifting priorities, and remain calm under pressure. This role requires proactive behavior, organization, and professionalism at all times.
