Job Description

Job Overview: Al Taher Global is currently hiring an experienced and reliable Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and contribute to the smooth functioning of the office. The position is based in the UAE and is open to immediate joiners.

Administrative Support: The selected candidate will be responsible for handling general office administrative duties such as filing, documentation, scheduling, and assisting various departments as required.

Workflow Management: You will be expected to maintain an organized workflow, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure day-to-day operations are executed seamlessly and efficiently.

Office Coordination: This role includes coordinating office supplies, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the workspace.

Interdepartmental Assistance: The administrator will work across teams to ensure support for HR, finance, and other departments in executing their administrative needs promptly.

Problem Solving & Communication: Strong communication skills are required to address internal requests, resolve administrative issues, and liaise with vendors or service providers when needed.

Confidentiality & Professionalism: You will handle sensitive information and must be capable of maintaining discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism in all tasks.
