About Role

First Edition Realty is seeking a well-organized and responsible Office Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of our Dubai office.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a welcoming environment by greeting visitors and preparing beverages for meetings

Maintain office organization and handle necessary supply purchases

Manage communication channels by answering calls and emails

Prepare and organize documents as needed

Assist HR with employee onboarding processes

Coordinate management calendars and maintain group communication channels

Arrange business travel for management team members

Handle insurance matters and company merchandising

Perform additional administrative tasks as required

Qualifications

Previous experience in an Office Administrator role

Fluent English required

Russian language proficiency required

Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and communication skills

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
