Office Administrator

Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to support daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations while providing administrative support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage general office operations and maintain office supplies inventory

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and manage executive calendars

Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical

Process and organize important documents and records

Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks

Coordinate with vendors and service providers

Support HR-related administrative tasks

Assist with visitor reception and hospitality

Handle basic office IT troubleshooting and coordinate with IT support

Organize and schedule office maintenance

Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Minimum 1+ year of experience in office administration

Strong computer literacy (MS Office Suite)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Valid UAE residence visa (preferred)

Excellent attention to detail

Professional communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively

Problem-solving capabilities

Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge

Proficiency in standard office software and equipment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in industrial or manufacturing environment

Knowledge of Arabic language

Familiarity with UAE business practices

Experience with ERP systems

Working Conditions

Full-time position

Location: Dubai Industrial City

Regular business hours (Sunday to Thursday)
