An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well-organized and efficient Office Administration Executive to join a medium-sized international team based in Dubai. This role offers the chance to work with senior leadership across various verticals in a dynamic and engaging environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative tasks.

Support senior leadership by coordinating schedules, meetings, and communications.

Handle correspondence, document management, and filing systems.

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.

Maintain and oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis to assist in decision-making.


Requirements:

Proven experience in office administration or a related role.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within an international team environment.
