Job Description:
Wonderful Group is currently looking for a talented Office Admin to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Maintain contact lists and manage correspondence.
Produce and distribute memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Submit and reconcile expense reports.
Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Coordinate office procedures and ensure office policies are being followed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
