Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed OB/GYN Specialist to join our dedicated team at Amina Hospital. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients while maintaining the highest standards of medical practice.

Key Responsibilities

Provide complete obstetrical and gynecological care including prenatal, delivery, and postnatal services

Perform routine and high-risk deliveries, cesarean sections, and gynecological surgeries

Conduct regular outpatient consultations and examinations

Interpret diagnostic tests and ultrasound results

Manage complex obstetric and gynecological cases

Participate in on-call rotation and emergency coverage

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary setting

Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings

Supervise and mentor junior medical staff when required

Required Qualifications

Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution

Specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Valid MOH (Ministry of Health) license

Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience

Strong surgical skills and experience in managing high-risk pregnancies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills preferred

Desired Qualifications

Additional subspecialty training or certifications

Experience with minimally invasive surgical techniques

Research publications in relevant medical journals

Experience in teaching or academic settings
