Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our healthcare team at Central Hospital, Sharjah. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff while ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare standards.

Mandatory Requirements

2-3 years of healthcare experience

Previous UAE healthcare experience

Valid UAE nursing license

Excellent command of English; Arabic is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities across assigned units

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations

Monitor and evaluate nursing care quality and patient satisfaction

Manage staff scheduling and resource allocation

Conduct regular performance evaluations of nursing staff

Participate in hiring, training, and development of nursing personnel

Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals

Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Handle complex patient care situations and complaints

Implement infection control protocols

Oversee inventory management of medical supplies

Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Respond to emergency situations as needed
